A patient should see their dentist 4 weeks prior to intiating csncer treatment to allow for healing if any dental work is required.

The goal of oral cancer screening is to identify mouth cancer early, where there is greater chance of cure.

To avoid Osteoradionecrosis(ORN) may require removal of badly broken or infected teeth before Radiotherapy
